Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 to authorize the Board of Directors of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. to include funds expended on or after a specified date in the matching fund and to authorize the matching fund to include real property; extending the deadline by which the grantee is required to present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a matching fund will be provided; etc.
