Establishing the Multiple Suspensions Services Pilot Program; requiring the State Superintendent of Schools to select specified school systems to participate in the Pilot Program; requiring specified county boards of education to select a specified school to participate in the Pilot Program based on specified criteria; requiring principals to report in writing to the county superintendent any subsequent suspensions of specified students within specified periods of time; etc.
