Registered Offenders Working at Fairs and Carnivals - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a specified registrant from working at a fair or carnival; prohibiting an owner or operator of a fair or carnival, or a subcontractor hired by an owner or operator of a fair or carnival, from knowingly permitting an individual to work at the fair or carnival if the individual is a specified registrant; and establishing a penalty.
