Authorizing the governing body of Garrett County to grant, by law, a
property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on real
property owned by the Society for the Preservation of St. Ann Mission
and known as St. Ann Mission; and applying the Act to taxable years
beginning after June 30, 2007.
