Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Corporate Headquarters

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. for the repair and renovation of the corporate headquarters of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, located in Baltimore City; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
