Authorizing a designee of the Director of the Office of Cemetery
Oversight to conduct a specified investigation and inspection,
commence proceedings on a complaint, and review a complaint and
attempt to negotiate a settlement; requiring the Director to maintain
a list of all for-profit and nonreligious-nonprofit cemeteries
associated with a registrant or permit holder for each fiscal year;
requiring the Director, in consultation with the Advisory Council on
Cemetery Operations, to develop a specified legislative proposal; etc.
