Services
Requiring health care providers, in accordance with a subpoena, to
disclose medical records for mental health services to the State Board
of Physicians for investigations into complaints under specified
circumstances; authorizing the Board to issue subpoenas for medical
records for mental health services for investigations into complaints
made by a person other than a patient if the Board notifies the
patient that the subpoena has been issued and that the patient may
assert rights; etc.
