Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Transportation to include in the Consolidated Transportation Program the projected mass transit needs of the State and a list of any mass transit projects planned for specified years; requiring the Department to include a 20-year forecast of the State's transportation needs for each modal administration and a summary of projects and programs proposed to accomplish specified goals and objectives for each modal administration in the Maryland Transportation Plan; etc.
