Pharmacy Benefits Managers - Disclosures

Synopsis:

Requiring a pharmacy benefits manager to provide a potential purchaser with information regarding manufacturer payments and to offer to provide the purchaser with a report of manufacturer payments earned by the pharmacy benefits manager; providing that the Act does not diminish the authority of the Office of the Attorney General or the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to obtain and use specified information; etc.
