Baltimore County - Vehicle Laws - Speed Monitoring Systems
Adding Baltimore County as a county authorized to use speed monitoring
systems to enforce highway speed laws under specified standards,
procedures, and requirements; restricting the use of revenues
generated by the Act; requiring Baltimore County to report on the
effectiveness of speed monitoring systems to the General Assembly on
or before a specified date; etc.
