Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from expunging specified
driving records under specified circumstances; expanding the
circumstances under which an individual is subject to disqualification
from holding a commercial driver's license; providing that, on
termination of a disqualification period of less than 1 year for
holding a driver's license, the holder of the license may apply for
reinstatement; altering the definition of "commercial motor vehicle";
etc.
