Business Regulation - Maryland Real Estate Brokers Act - Violations and Penalties

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum penalties that may be imposed for specified violations of the Maryland Real Estate Brokers Act; adding provisions of the Maryland Real Estate Brokers Act for which a violation is subject to specified criminal penalties; and providing that a person who violates the Maryland Real Estate Brokers Act is subject to specified provisions about statute of limitations and in banc review.
