Synopsis:

Altering the duties of the County Clerk of Washington County; repealing a provision requiring the County Clerk to receive from the Tax Collector of Washington County specified interest coupons on the bonded indebtedness of the county and specified bonds due and redeemed by the Tax Collector; repealing a requirement that the County Clerk cancel specified coupons and bonds; repealing a requirement that the County Clerk make a specified report to the County Commissioners of Washington County; etc.
