Task Force on Educational Issues Affecting Military Children

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Educational Issues Affecting Military Children; establishing the membership and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to evaluate and make recommendations regarding efforts that would ease the transition of children of military families to Maryland schools; requiring the Task Force to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2008; terminating the Act at the end of May 31, 2009; etc.
