Requiring the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists to disclose exculpatory information to licensees and licensees' attorneys under specified circumstances; requiring that specified information in a licensee's file be disclosed to the licensee; requiring the Board to disclose specified documents to individuals who provide psychologist peer review; etc.
