Payment Information Security Act
Prohibiting a person that accepts a credit, debit, or stored value
card or other access device for a transaction from retaining specified
data, specified code numbers, or the full contents of specified
magnetic stripe or microprocessor chip data after authorization of the

provisions of the Act if the person's service provider retains
specified data; etc.
