Synopsis:

Establishing a Foster Child Incentive Program; authorizing a foster parent or legal guardian of an eligible student to enroll the eligible student in a participating school and use scholarship funds to offset specified costs relating to the attendance at the participating school of the eligible student; establishing eligibility to participate in the Program; etc.
