Improvement Commission to provide mold remediation services; requiring
the Commission to adopt regulations; providing that the Act does not

remediation; establishing the purpose of the Act; providing for the
powers and duties of the Commission in licensing and regulating mold
remediation service providers; requiring specified fees to be paid
into the General Fund; etc.
