Synopsis:

Establishing specified duties of an agent under a power of attorney; requiring an agent to disclose receipts, disbursements, or transactions if ordered by a court or requested by specified persons; establishing that an agent that violates specified provisions is liable for specified amounts; requiring that a power of attorney executed in the State contain a notice of the agent's duties; authorizing specified persons to petition a court to construe a power of attorney or review the agent's conduct; etc.
