Establishing in Prince George's County specified alcoholic beverages
licenses to be issued for use in a waterfront entertainment retail
complex as defined by county ordinance; prohibiting the Board of
License Commissioners from issuing specified licenses within the
complex unless at least 10% of the licenses are held by specified
persons; establishing a wine festival license; exempting a specified
hotel from a limit on the number of Class BH licenses that the Board
may issue; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
