Health Occupations Boards - Investigators - Confidentiality of Medical Information and Records

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide an individual and securable office space to each investigator for a health occupations board; and requiring an investigator for a health occupations board to maintain the confidentiality of specified medical information and medical records in accordance with the purposes and requirements of specified State and federal law.
