Family Law - Domestic Partnerships

Synopsis:

Repealing references to "marriage" in specified provisions of law governing marriage and substituting references to "domestic partnership"; making specified provisions of law that previously applied to marriages apply to domestic partnerships; providing that only a domestic partnership between two individuals not otherwise prohibited from entering into a domestic partnership is valid in this State; etc.
