Maryland Anatomical Gift Donor Registry

Synopsis:

Establishing that a donor may make a gift by authorizing that a statement or symbol be included on a donor registry; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to contract with and provide compensation to a specified nonprofit entity for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a donor registry; defining "donor" as an individual whose body or part is the subject of an anatomical gift; etc.
