Creation of a State Debt - Cecil County - Mount Harmon Plantation Education and
Discovery Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Friends of Mount Harmon, Inc. for the construction and renovation of
an education and discovery center and manor house at Mount Harmon
Plantation, located in Earleville; providing for disbursement of the
loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and
expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
