Synopsis:

Exempting a building that has 8 feet or less in width and 40 feet or less in length that is used for business, mobile offices, or storage and is not open to the general public from inspection and certification standards and regulations adopted by the Department of Housing and Community Development for specified industrialized buildings; etc.
