Establishing a Task Force on the Use of College Entrance Examinations for Admission to Public Institutions of Higher Education; establishing the membership and staffing of the Task Force; providing for the designation of a chair of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the value of college entrance examinations and to assess the effect on the range of socioeconomic populations of using college entrance examinations for admission to public institutions of higher education; etc.
