Public Education - Bridge to Excellence - Video Lottery Terminals

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Lottery Commission to regulate the operation of specified video lottery terminals; authorizing the issuance of six video lottery operation licenses under specified circumstances; limiting to 15,000 the number of video lottery terminals allowed in the State; requiring specified individuals to be licensed; specifying the manner in which video lottery proceeds are to be distributed; creating specified funds for specified purposes; etc.
