Public Utility Companies - Electric Companies - Tree Care Activities

Synopsis:

Requiring an electric company to contact specified community associations before undertaking specified tree care activities under specified circumstances; requiring an electric company to publish a specified notice under specified circumstances; requiring an electric company to provide for public comment and hold a public hearing under specified circumstances; and authorizing a landowner to procure a tree expert for tree removal under specified circumstances.
