Synopsis:

Requiring an electric company to use its website to provide notice of its upcoming scheduled tree care activities; requiring an electric company, at least once each year, to include with its billing materials a written description detailing where specified information may be obtained on its website; requiring an electric company to provide a specified notice to affected customers using at least one of specified methods; providing an exception; etc.
