Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from failing to ensure that specified messages relating to a candidate, campaign, or political committee meet specified requirements; prohibiting a person from sending a specified message that does not contain specified information; providing for specified penalties for a willful and knowing violation of the requirements of the Act; and defining terms.
