Synopsis:

Requiring specified nonpublic institutions of higher education to submit a report regarding cultural diversity programs to the Maryland Independent College and University Association on or before a specified date each year; requiring the Association to submit a report on the status of specified cultural diversity programs to the Maryland Higher Education Commission on or before a specified date each year; requiring the report to include specified information; etc.
