Insurance - Slavery Era Insurance Policies - Reporting

Synopsis:

Requiring specified insurers to provide the Maryland Insurance Commissioner with a report of specified information about specified slaveholder insurance policies issued during the slavery era; authorizing a specified holding company to designate an insurer to be a reporting insurer on behalf of the member insurers of the holding company; requiring the Commissioner to adopt regulations that specify the form and content of a specified report; requiring a specified report to contain specified names; etc.
