Vehicle Laws - Medical Advisory Board - Use of Confidential Records and Reports

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to use specified information in the records of the Medical Advisory Board for the purpose of driver safety research, whether performed unilaterally or in collaboration with another medical research entity, provided that personal information is not disclosed; and authorizing the Administration to contract with third parties to assist with driver safety research.
