Real Property - Homeowners Associations and Condominiums - Transition of Control

Synopsis:

Requiring a meeting to elect officers or directors of a condominium or the governing body of a homeowners association to be held when a specified percentage of units or lots is sold; requiring a developer of a condominium or homeowners association to take specified actions to facilitate specified meetings and ensure delivery of specified items within specified times; prohibiting specified officers, boards of directors, or governing bodies from entering into specified contracts; etc.
