Social Services Administration - Children Subject to Substantial Risk of Abuse or Neglect - Identification and Notice

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide specified birth record information to the Executive Director of the Social Services Administration in the Department of Human Resources; requiring the Executive Director to provide the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene with identifying information regarding individuals who have had their parental rights terminated; requiring the Executive Director, following the receipt of information from the Secretary, to take specified action; etc.
