Real Estate Licensees - Record Keeping

Synopsis:

Requiring a real estate broker to keep specified records for a specified period of time; authorizing a licensee to keep and store specified records in a specified manner under specified circumstances; and requiring a real estate broker to make specified records available to the State Real Estate Commission in a specified manner under specified circumstances.
