Maryland Housing Fund - Unallocated Reserves - Transfers

Synopsis:

Transferring specified unallocated reserves of the Maryland Housing Fund at the end of any fiscal year to the Homeownership Programs Fund, the Rental Housing Programs Fund, and the Special Loan Programs Fund, beginning in fiscal year 2010; and requiring a specified transfer of funds on or before June 30, 2008.
