Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $750,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the National Parks Service and
the Board of Directors of the Broad Creek Historic District
Association for the repair and renovation of the Harmony Hall Manor,
located in Oxon Hill; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds,
subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a
matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement
to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
