Public Utility Tree Management Act of 2009

Synopsis:

Requiring a public utility to prepare a tree management plan under specified circumstances, to submit the plan to the Department of Resources and local governments, and to make the plan available to the public within a specified period of time; authorizing the Department to adopt specified regulations; etc.
