Property and Casualty Insurance - Portable Electronics Insurance - Regulation
Establishing a limited lines license to sell coverage under a policy
of portable electronics insurance subject to the jurisdiction of the
Maryland Insurance Commissioner; providing that the limited lines
license authorizes specified employees and authorized representatives
of a vendor of portable electronics to sell specified portable
electronics insurance under specified circumstances; deeming the acts
of employees and authorized representatives to be the acts of the
vendor for specified purposes; etc.
