Synopsis:

Authorizing the use of speed monitoring systems in specified locations in Prince George's County and its municipal corporations; requiring Prince George's County, municipal corporations in the county, and the Comptroller to distribute specified funds in a specified manner; restricting the use of specified revenues generated by the Act; requiring specified reports to county officials and the General Assembly on the effectiveness of speed monitoring systems; etc.
