Payment
Altering the total amount of compensation payable to an individual who
was partially dependent at the time of the covered employee's death or
became partially self-supporting after the covered employee's death;
requiring the Workers' Compensation Commission to study death benefit
provisions of the Labor and Employment Article and report its findings
and recommendations, including draft legislation, to committees of the
legislature on or before December 1, 2009; etc.
