Altering the total amount of compensation payable to an individual who
was partially dependent at the time of the covered employee's death or
became partially self-supporting after the covered employee's death;
requiring the Workers' Compensation Commission to study death benefit
provisions; requiring the Commission to establish a workgroup
comprised of stakeholders; requiring the Commission to report its
findings and recommendations on or before December 1, 2009, to
specified committees of the General Assembly; etc.
