Synopsis:

Repealing specified exceptions for real estate licensees who have been licensed a specified minimum number of years; altering continuing education requirements for a licensee who possesses a specified graduate degree; altering the criteria to be used by the Maryland Real Estate Commission in selecting subject matter for continuing education courses; authorizing the Commission to set a specified fee for a continuing education course; etc.
