Dorchester County and Talbot County - Property Tax Credit for Habitat for
Humanity of Talbot & Dorchester Counties, Inc.
Authorizing the governing body of Dorchester County or Talbot County
or of a municipal corporation in Dorchester County or Talbot County to
grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county or municipal
corporation property tax imposed on specified real property owned by
Habitat for Humanity of Talbot & Dorchester Counties, Inc.;
authorizing the governing bodies of the counties to set, by law, the
provisions of the credit; applying the Act to tax years beginning
after June 30, 2009; etc.
