Chesapeake Bay Bridge - Required Study
Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority, in consultation with
the Maryland Motor Truck Association and the Bay Bridge Reconstruction
Advisory Group, to review use of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and
accident data by class of vehicle, use by large vehicles at various
times of day and days of the week, comparative truck traffic data on
similar bridges, and the impact of variable toll pricing for large
vehicles; requiring the Authority to report findings to the Governor
and the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2010; etc.
