Center, the name, copyrights, service marks, trademarks, trade names,
contracts, and horse racing events that are associated with the
Preakness Stakes the Woodlawn Vase trophy, and other specified
property; authorizing the Maryland Economic Development Corporation to
borrow money and issue bonds for specified purposes; etc.
