Regulation of Crematories
Requiring the Office of Cemetery Oversight and the State Board of
Morticians and Funeral Directors to establish a specified process and
adopt specified regulations for regulating crematories; providing that
specified registration, permitting, and licensure requirements do not
apply to crematories with specified ownership and crematories or
incinerators located at specified medical facilities or educational
institutions; prohibiting the Director of Cemetery Oversight from
assessing a specified occurrence cremation fee; etc.
