Criminal Procedure - Sexual Offender Registry - Written Notice of New Electronic Identity Information

Synopsis:

Requiring a sexual offender registrant who establishes specified new electronic identity information to provide written notice to the sexual offender registry within 3 days; prohibiting a registrant from knowingly failing to provide a specified notice as required under the Act; and providing criminal penalties for a violation of the Act.
