Smartphone Safety Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from using a wireless communication device to engage in specified activities while operating a subway vehicle, light rail vehicle, or motor vehicle that is in motion; specifying activities that are authorized under the Act; repealing specified provisions of law relating to text messaging devices; etc.
